Our Vision

We envision a world where every child is surrounded by safety, comfort, and a sense of belonging—where learning environments are nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring. We believe in empowering parents and educators through equitable access to training and resources, while ensuring that children impacted by trauma receive the care, connection, and comforting essentials they need to heal, grow, and thrive.

Dear Dr. Rebecca,

I hope this mail finds you well. It's been a long time since we communicated. How have you been? I have been involved with one of our projects…that supports deaf children aged 1-7 years in sign language acquisition. My focus and energy have been fully into it. I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of Kenya Christian School For The Deaf to thank you for your unwavering support of our inclusive early childhood deaf teacher training. We really appreciate your time, work, and resources involve to develop the course. I'm really humble with the performance of our teachers who went through the training and completed the course. We're really grateful. However, we have made a decision to keep the course materials in our database for reference and future teacher trainings with your permission. I look forward to hearing from you. God bless you always

Dear Dr. Rebecca,

I hope you are well. I apologize for not responding sooner. I've been very busy with volunteer work and packing up my house. Yesterday I came to Monrovia. The 2-day teacher training was attended by 5 teachers and the vice principal for instruction. We focused on the importance of getting to know each student and providing opportunities for exploration, asking questions, and practicing new motor, social-emotional, language, and cognitive skills. I emphasized the importance of reading, modeling, and using materials that are in the environment. Before watching your 3 videos, we talked about the role of a teacher. I was glad that someone said a teacher needs to have empathy. We later heard this in your video. Thank you!
