We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Heather Fry for designing our powerful new slogan, "I'm woke to my emotions," for our t-shirts. Your creativity and insight captured the heart of what we strive to teach and model every day—emotional awareness, self-empowerment, and authenticity. This message isn't just a design—it’s a statement of growth and understanding that will inspire both our team and the families we serve. Thank you, Heather, for using your talent to help bring our vision to life in such a meaningful and impactful way!

Helping autistic children learn emotional control is about more than just recognizing feelings—it’s about empowering them with the tools to understand, name, and navigate their inner world. Developing emotional awareness can reduce anxiety during overwhelming moments, boost self-confidence when communicating needs, and foster positive interactions with peers and caregivers. When children feel “woke to their emotions,” they’re better equipped to use coping strategies—like deep breathing or asking for a break—rather than reacting in ways that might leave them frustrated or misunderstood.

Our new T-shirt, featuring the bold mantra “I’m Woke to My Emotions,” turns that message into wearable encouragement. The bright puzzle-piece motif honors neurodiversity, while the friendly character with hands over heart models calm self-connection. It sparks conversations—at home, in school, or on the playground—about how healthy emotional control strengthens resilience and self-advocacy.
